We hire a multitude of positions doing a variety of tasks. To work at Black Diamond, we look for adventurous people who love the outdoors and are friendly. We pride ourselves on giving the best possible service and the best possible experience for each and every guest.

We offer competitive wages, we have single room housing available for $200.00 per month in an apartment with full kitchens, running water, and electricity. We provide 30% off in our restaurant any time and we also organize many activities for our staff such as free golfing and mini golf, free fishing trips, horseback riding, rafting, flightseeing, dinner shows, and ATV'ing. We also have a beginning of season get to know you staff party as well as other great events throughout the summer.

Our season last from May 1st to September 20th.
